I really liked the ambiance of the property and as per cleanliness and hygiene both the room and the washroom was perfect. The people here in this property is very nice and helpful. I have tried food here and the quality and tastewise it was also good. Overall my stay was pleasant for the good hospitality.

The hospitality and the facilities were good however the heater was not working. Cleanliness of the room and the washroom were quite good. Food provision is available in the property and it was also good. The location of the property is average.

It was very convenient to reach the property. The room and the washroom was clean and food was also available in the property. Moreover the conduct of the staff was good and their services was also perfect.

I dont have the photos, but the hospitality was very good. The manager, Mr. Rajiv Pradhan was very helpful and the staffs were very friendly.

Awesome... Awesome... experience and Stay here in silverpine... all the staffs are very courteous and friendly.. they look the guests aas their family rather than just guests.
All credits to the GM who have identified and trained the staffs. F&B was too good they have helped me a lot as per my request and needs.
about the hotel what to say. it is located at a easily locatable point near thimpu entrance. reached there during Night with ease.

Ms. Rajni Thapa at the reception was extremely courteous and very professional. She led us to the rooms and guides us with every bit. Needless to say I was extremely elated by her professionalism. However the breakfast was served cold and wasn't very appetizing. However we could ignore all of it due to the way staff esp Ms. Rajni Thapa behaved.
We will surely come back to the same hotel when we go to Thimphu on our next trip again. Hope the Owner of the hotel recognizes Ms. Rajni Thapa work ethics and gives her higher roles to the property.
