Good :
Resort was great. Rooms had good interior and all facilities were maintained very well. Hospitality was good by reception and entry desk persons (not restaurant staff at Vasco restaurant). Trader Vic's restaurant was exceptional, particularly.
Bad :
Services were very slow, especially in the Vasco restaurant during breakfast. Servers used to ignore certain requests, many times. Chef was very kind enough to prepare according to our dietary requirements but other staff let him down. Hen ...more
