A lot of times the cards don't work at the entrance gate and it's really annoying. Apart from that everything is amazing!

1. It's worth only if you get the suite.
2. Reception staff seems to be untrained. Showed them the hotel booking voucher, they said that it's booked at their hotel and asked me to call up the number mentioned. After calling, I got to know that it was the same hotel, went back and asked the reception guys to at least check if the number was theirs and they confirmed. Then they looked into their system and found the booking. Haven't seen such lethargic attitude anywhere else even in Kuala Lumpur. ...more

It was a good stay, staff and services was also very good, location of the hotel was near to all the tourist places, Rooms of the hotel was neat and clean, rooms has all amenities plus they have grocery store as well in the hotel.
