The room is not good. Cleanliness of the room was not proper, the bed was dirty and the AC was also not working properly. On top of this we had to change the room two to three times as the rooms which were allotted to us was damp and smelly. The staff in this property were not helpful. Food was available in the property. Location of the property is good.

It was not that difficult for us to locate the property. Hygiene and neatness of the room and the washroom was all good with proper toiletries in the washroom. WiFi was also there in the property for guests.

Service is not Upto the mark and worst room with untidy bedsheet. Even if U book best room, U will be given with side room with worst accessibility. WiFi not at all works in room and U have to be in Lobby. No matter how many times U complain they will give some or the other excuse. Only Breakfast and Swimming is better thing in the hotel. Polite staff attitude that i believe is because of culture and upbringing.

Alea is good for budget travellers. Good pools, good room service. Food on restaurant is tasty. Wifi works fine
