it was a great experience withe hotel the flora kuta bali. very clean hotel. staff is very polite and helpful and also behave very well. all amenities are very good. recommend to stay here in very good price.

the rooms were neat and clean. room service was very good. staffs were so polite and friendly. the location was good. the pool is amazing and it call comes with a reasonable price. I love this hotel

I booked the hotel on 05.04.2018 for 05.05.2018 to 07.05.2018. I Landed in Bali, Indonesia at 01:00 AM and reached the hotel at 2:00 AM where the receptionist told me that they don't have any room available and they have cancelled the booking in my name and mailed the same.. I was already tired from the flight journey and still fought at the hotel at midnight for the room. After 2-3 hours he let me checkin in a different hotel for the night which had very bad and stinky rooms but i had no other option rather than to have a stay in it...

The room AC was not up to the mark and many insects were there in the room. The location was not a problem but the hotel ambiance was not good.
