Had a really bad experience with the hotel. They havw mentioned balcony and swimming pool view with grand deluxe room but they did not provide these amenities. Upon complaining, they did not solve the problem and did not change our room. Upon requesting for cancelling the booking and refund the amount. I had to leave the hotel late in the night and they did nothing to solve the problem

Everything is exra ordinary and outstanding but one suggestion or requirements or rather say extremely needed requirements is that our deluxe room were not having wardrooms or shelf with cupboard. it find difficult for us to keep our clothes without this and looks thing very very mess

It was in a nice and easily accessible location. The services that they provided was good. Staff was fine and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Only the problem was that there were bugs in the room.
