nice hotel with polite staff. Right next to Monash University , very useful for people visiting students of Monash.
Location is far from CBD (15 mins drive, 5 km)

The hotel was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
The only drawback was that the hotel was in the suburbs and it took us a 20 min tram ride to reach the city centre. But the tram station was right opposite the hotel.
Overall an excellent experience.
