Had a good and comfortable stay. Liked this resort. Except that there is strictly no advance check in. Not even an hour early. We wanted to just freshen up and go on a tour. We had to use the common washroom and then we went out and checked in only at 9pm. Wish they were a little flexible with that rule. Other than that everything was just perfect.

Average service. pretty rude behaviour of the hotel staff. They will not give you coffee before 8 even if you are to leave at 8. They refuse to give even a single extra sachet of sugar. They do not give your complimentary water on the day of checkout, although check out is at 11 am.
The good thing about the hotel is it's location, budget and a decent enough pool.
We were alloted room at ground floor stating that everywhere else is full. The ground floor rooms have transparent glass walls, meaning you had to rely only on the curtains to keep your privacy. That was awkward.

This a very old build resort in a dire need of maintenance. Things are found broken in room. Service is also very poor. Had 2-3 unpleasant experience during the stay. The only positive point in this place is size of the room. Hotel restaurant also closes down at 9 PM which is surprising. No adequate staff to cater guest need. Disappointed in this place.

the property is near to the market and best place to stay. the boats are also available just outside the hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. the only problem is the service which very slow. but still best place to stay.
