I am very much self satisfied with my stay in this property as the staff conduct and their hospitality that they have provided was completely amazing.The services and accommodation was up to my expectation. The complimentary breakfast was fine. In terms of tariff worth staying experience.

Wonderful hotel & we truly enjoyed the hospitality. The services and facilities was too good. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Well behaved & professional staffs. Hotel location was good but far from Airport & there was no sea beaches in the Ubud area.

Pros:
1. Scenic and calm place
2. Beautiful location around greenery and had a valley view.
3. Good breakfast and polite staff
Cons:
1. No Indian menu in breakfast, lunch and Dinner
2. 1 AC only in big hall which causes hot.

Calm place, away from city noise.
holiday perfect place to stay, Room clean, staff polite, Welcome drink and fruit plate nice, River side view more beautiful.
One drawback - Big Hall One Air condition not sufficient.

Everything was fine here from services to facilities and all was as per my expectations. The food was also good here. The location of the property is 500 meters from the main road. My stay was value for money.

It was a very nice experience at ulun Ubud. The rooms were so beautiful and spacious.. there was pool just outside the room so we can enjoy anytime. The property is surrounded by lush green nature and was very peaceful & serene. The staff was very helpful & they were available just a call away. There were different staff available for every department and everyone was always smiling and ready to help. All in all a great stay.
