1) Got late check-in because they gave the room to someone else and I had to wait for 3 hours in the midnight near the reception.
2) Bar/Pub in the same building because of which there is loud music during the night which causes difficulty in sleeping. They don't own it though.
3) Have to make multiple calls to the reception for things and a lot of times they won't even bother to answer.
