good property to stay and get relaxed... complementary break fast has a good spread, Staffs are very friendly and humble, very clean beds and toilets.
Good view, very near by the boat stop.
people need to stay away from the Venice crowd and to have a pleasant stay can prefer this property.
it takes 40 to 50 mins travel from the Railway Station to lido, a 24 hrs pass will help to spend a day at Venice and back to lido. from this property a 15 mins walk will lead to a beech via a good street to walk and get relaxed.
on the whole a good stay...

excellent location and property. They have got best views to both roads and ocean. Breakfast was best. Highly recommend.
