I got an early check in which was great but the receptionist was extremely rude to me! Did not expect that after a long flight and coming to a five star in a new country.

The chair was fully torn in my room.

The safe was not working, the batteries were down. Had to call someone.

The shower was very very very hot had to call someone.

There was no milk to make coffee. Again had to call someone.

The room was extremely small.

Overall it was an okayish experience.

I reached to pool no one is Available in the pool area even in the bar of moon deck,overall was ok but need to improve the service no one knows the timings or details about hotel service
