Riverside Hotel

I have booked standard room and it was my biggest mistake because all the pics shown in standard room section are totally fake and they are of superior room. when I asked them to upgrade my room , then they asked me 250 THB per night then after discount they have given me it for 200 THB per night . so please always select superior room there . it is very difficult to live in a standard room thr.. the room is very small , no lift , in back side of hotel , no staff. it is ok to book superior room there clean daily , have lift , good size for two , locker in room , etc but I will not highly recommend due to staffs.

V Bad hotel, v bad location and people r cheater in this hotel. ... v poor location and have rooms like servant room..Moreover when we asked them to change our rooms, they said rooms are not available.also they said if u want upgradation in new building, then pay 300 batt extra. Also we said only boys are there in d building and no girls, please change our room, boys were smoking also, so they said The Guys were soldiers..Which we got to know that, they were not soldiers.. Staff was lier, rooms were servant rooms, .,.... V bad staff, V bad hotel also V bad location.... Pls Don't go and waste your money

Overall the things were ok, the location of the property was convenient, the services that they provided was ok but not as per my expectations, the rooms were small but comfortable, I can recommend this property for the solo trip only.

Stay was too much ugly and we are not satisfied. Room was smelly and not cleaned. There was no lift facility available in the hotel.
