The only good thing about this hotel was it's location. After this, it's all downhill. No elevators, very narrow stairs, no assistance in moving our luggage through those narrow steps. There was a very unfriendly attitude at the reception at the time of check in. The night time receptionist was better. There were no amenities available. No toilet kit was available, not even soap for hand wash. They did not offer us drinking water on arrival. We asked for soap to wash hands and welcome drinking water, for which we got a very cold no and were told that such things are not expected a hotel of our kind which is a 2 star hotel. Well, **Indian rupees excluding city tax for one night is pretty high for a 2 star hotel. They could atleast make an effort to make it not so difficult to stay at such a hefty price...

Excellent location. Very close to train terminal. The hotel is safe for couples and family. Breakfast is Ok. The room was clean but bathroom was tiny. Overall an average hotel.
