Very good value for money. Fantastic location with a view of the lake from every room. A great roof top restaurant. It has a small fire place too. Santos & family run this hotel by themselves. Its more like a family setup. Very nice people. The hotel has Wifi and also hot water. we really had a nice time. Looking forward to going back. Its a 10 min drive from the main lake side and cabs charge about 350NPR. But if we desire a calm peaceful and serene location then this is the place to stay. Its in Happy Village. A few suggestions: There is Hot water electric kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee pouches. That should be kept. Also only service boy make life a bit difficult for him. The hotel would do well to increase a service boy.

slightly ahead from the main lake street but an amazing location. the hotel staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. the property is nice and clean with all amenities. the cherry on the cake is the peace and silence that you get away from the lively but noisy street. also, the rooms and restaurant have an awesome view of the lake and the valley.

The Hotel was good, staff were courteous... we booked 2 Rooms for 6 People , while the Hotel refused to accommodate the third person. we were forced to take extra room at Rs1800 (INR) and I feel this is a very bad thing to happen to anybody.....

The owner was not behaving well and they provided only 4 rooms but we booked 5 rooms, next day they provided the 5th room. Staff was not helping.
