had a good stay. The good: * Excellent location - it is 5 minutes from the Gotanda station. Within short walking distance, there is also plenty of food choices. * Great staff - very friendly - helped us with our luggage multiple times, booked a taxi for us and even helped with the luggage down, I can't say enough good things about the staffs. * Clean rooms, spacious given the price and our location. * Amenities are good.

Our time in Best Western was very comfortable. Our room was off the street, no noise by night, always clean, in order and the bathroom had lots of space. The staff at the reception spoke well English and helped us with tips on what to do close by or ordered taxis.

it was a quick stay there as I had to go to Kyoto. I stayed in capsule styled dorm and the bed is comfortable, but you have to pay for television - it wasn't really necessary for me though since overall I had this hotel as a place to bath and sleep.

We stayed in this hotel and one full day when Tokyo was shut down for a typhoon. The staff was amazing and ubiquitous! The 7 restaurant choices made it a perfect place to spend a very long day indoors.
