I was very impressed when reached here. I was warmly welcomed by receptionist namely Thapa. He made a "Tilak" on forehead and presented some fruits and sweets as "Prasad". He is very good and helpful person. He also helped me in booking of buses and foods etc. . Mr. Thapa introduced me by their culture and customs. Hotel and hotel's staff is very good behavioured and helpful. I suggest to all of you to stay here.

The hotel is good & their staff's services are very satisfactory as the room they provided to me earlier was had some problem in it like it's wasn't clean & even the lock of the main door was not working as well but later they changed my room & the one they provided then was very comfortable, the only drawback was that there in no in-house restaurant in it otherwise remaining everything was great.

It's a 8 bed shared dormitory. There is one more attached 4 bed shared dormitory for ladies. The stay was ok. The guy at reception was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was good (Bread omlet with tea). Parking for bike is outside the hotel no specific area but it is safe. Only issue was with washrooms not really clean. Hot water is available.

worst hotel ever. dirty water. Mosquito cockroaches. everything broken in bath room. nothing given. waste of money. ur trip will get ruined. don't even think of booking it. no one is available to help. they say they can't do anything as you have given less money.

hotelier was good and helpful. I made early checkin and he didn't charge me more and even I kept my bag and took it later. hot water available the separate rooms are good and well maintained but in the dorm, toilet and the beds could have been clean

Location was good but the service was not so good, they didn't provide water bottles in the room.Room was okay but the cleanliness was an average.Overall it was a okay okay type experience.

excellent... the front desk person is really nice... i would definitely go back .. just one problem is hot running water...it was not hot enough... excellent bed... thank you

It was a comfortable stay, staff and services was good, location of the hotel was bit inside from the main road, best part was that you get hot water at night also.

The dorm was on the top floor. Room, beds and bathroom were not maintained at all. Cleanliness could be improved.
