Shocked that 1st day after arriving they said rooms not available and they will give room in closeby hotel eventhough we had prior booking really unprofessional we were really tired

Hotel is near to the view point. So it is far from pier. Room condition is good. You feel like you are staying in forest. Everywhere Greenery.
Room is clean and hygienic.
