Checked in very early as requested. Easy check in. Room on 22nd floor was great, huge comfortable bed and pillows. Everything in room you’d expect from a 4/5 star hotel. Breakfast was horrendous............far too small a room for the number of guests this Hotel can occupy. Not comfortable at all, too close together, not personable and just NOT what you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. Drinks and food were just extortionate!!! ..charge reasonable and you’ll have lots more guests eating and drinking and you would make more profit. They just don’t see the wood for the trees. We are not mean but hate being ripped off. Many places to eat and drink so we went elsewhere. A good hotel, but there are much better.

We had a great experience at the Berkerley Hotel Pratunam. The area is conveniently located to pratunam night market, siam paragon mall, fast food restaurants, massage places, etc. I think it's a 1 km walk to the metro station but we took tuk tuks or cabs. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Wifi was good. Breakfast had a decent number of options. The swimming pool looked really inviting as well, but due to lack of time we did not use it. Safe and comfortable area to stay in, helpful staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights . The check in process is slow as they have good number of counter but fewer staff to manage the counter. Breakfast spread was having some vegetarian Indian options but the taste was very bad . I tried to speak to Shef even for giving a written feedback but they even denied . Rest ambience and location wise it is very Good .

This hotel is just perfect. Located in the heart of pratunam area. If you are in bangkok for shopping this is a perfect choice for you. Sukhumvit area is also within 2kms so you can have a very good access to the nightlife also. Only thing is luxury rooms are bit small and having only 2 or 3 maximum charging plug points which is a drawback in these days.

The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam is very good even their rooms & services were just fantastic, even all the staffs were very friendly over there apart from the receptionist who wasn't friendly at all otherwise everything else was fab of this property.

It's located in a walk-able distance from the market area so location wise it's great & even their rooms are very good & even the food I had over there was just delicious. Staying here was an amazing experience of mine.

Swimming Pool was amazing and room was upgraded too which was hudge. Just loved every bit of my stay. Buffet had a large variety of dishes. Lovely stay... Lovely view from the high rise towers.
