The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Turtle Bay Resort, Mauritius and it was truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel special. The resort offers a wide variety of food options at their International buffet. In addition they have 5 restaurants catering to different taste buds. Special mention for Chef Prashant, who is Chief Chef at the Indian restaurant Kangan. He left no stone unturned to make our food memorable. My wife is lactose intolerant and needs vegan or dairy free food, Chef Prashant not only prepared vegan food for my wife but also prepared dairy free cake for our anniversary which was simply awesome. All staff members are always eager to help and provide support. Additionally, the resort provides a wide range of activities to keep guests entertained. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling, glass bottom boat and kayak at the property. They also live band and music almost everyday to keep guests entertained. Overall, I highly recommend the Westin Turtle Bay Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The combination of excellent service, fantastic dining options, and exciting activities makes it a standout destination. Amazing property to keep couples engaged

The room was spacious and clean. The view could have been better. Unfortunately we got a room with view obstructed by coconut trees. No point paying more for an ocean view. Bathtub was great. Bed was comfortable. Wash basin area did not have mirrors in the front but at the sides. It was a big let down. Lighting could have been improved. Got compliment water sports (kayak and paddle boat) beach was not very clean. There are better beaches nearby. Rooms can be too far from the entrance but they have buggies. Breakfast had a good spread but same was repeated on all four days. Only variety was seen in indian breakfast items. Swimming pools were clean but max depth was just ; ft. Overall the experience was good. Comfortable bed and clean room
