The location of the hotel is good but the hotel room is very dirty and lacks maintenance. The hotel staff including the receptionist does not understand basic English. The staff has extremely rude behaviour. When I checked in, there was not even a single hotel staff to help us with our luggage to the room. The breakfast was really pathetic and the spread was very limited.The hotel room is very dirty and lacks maintenance. There was no option else I would have given 0 stars..

location of hotel is great and size of the room was good. but, the ac in room was not good. they gave us an old room and remodeled one to european guests. the carpet in the room was smelly. cleanliness could be improved. breakfast was good.

Very good hotel . it's located in the centre of the city and location is perfect and so many sight seeing views near by . Staff at reception lack hospitality . Overall it's good
