Hotel Aakriti

It was a bad idea to book this hotel online wThis is not a not actually a hotel. This is a Banquet Halls with a restaurant and few rooms with lodge like facilities. I booked 4 bed room and they offered a small room with two beds (smaller than queen size bed). When I asked them reg same, Reception person replied “Two double beds, so you got, 4 bed room”. The beds were just sufficient to accommodate one adult and one child below two year. I mean who the hell call this 4 bed room, where one bed not even two persons can accommodate. This was just beginning. They were not having towels, one more surprise, when I asked the room service guy, he told all the towels are wet, some how we managed in evening, but in morning again he replied the same answer, Towel gila hai. When I asked him did not it get dry in last 18 hrs. He smiled and replied “Barsih ho raha hai issliye sukha nahi”. Is this a response from a Hotel? After again requesting on reception, he told “Gila wala hi de do”. Finally we were forced to use the wet Towels. They were not having geyser facility and when asked for hot water in morning, receptionist replied “We can provide 1-2 glass of hot water, but not more that that”. Since It was rain in morning, weather was quite wet and cold and we were forced to check out without taking bath due to lack of Hot water. This guest house is still under construction*, there were continuous hammering activity was being carried out above our room. Sound was so uncomfortable that it forced us to stay out of room till evening. They provide very small dustbin which gets filled during initial 2-3 hrs of our stay and my daughter continuously touching the same. I requested multiple times to clear the same, but they did not listen and finally told me they clean room only in morning. It was pathetic response even from a guest house. WHOLE SOLE THIS IS A BELOW AVERAGE GUEST HOUSE WITH IN HOUSE RESTAURANT, CAN STAY FOR SHORT DURATION (FOR DARSHAN PURPOSE ONLY) AVOID IF TRAVELING WITH FAMILY, AS NO SUPPORT PROVIDED BY THEM IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH INFANT OF KID.

I wouldn't recommend it to any family. The receptionist is cunning and ill mannered. Tries every level best to cheat customers. Only owner who is sitting next to reception is of some help. Rooms are dirty and we're not ready at the time of arrival. Despite checking in late in the evening. It seems they have given room to someone for making some extra money.

Nice trip to Maihar, Hotel people was very cooperative, Hotel was very neat and clean, Location was also good, It was just 01 km away from Maihar station, Auto dropped us to hotel from station and they charged us only 30rs, Thanks to goibibo to provide me offer on this hotel booking.

Hotel Akriti confirmed my booking before 1 month of my Check in date but one day before my check in date he inform me them hotel is full so he send me to Hotel ** *
