We had a luxurious stay at Aamari Resorts, Amazing hospitality and wonderful staff members . It was a "Wow" location for a gateway holiday trip to the hills. We were in love with the ambiance and landscape of the resort as soon as we entered. A warm welcome at the reception was very grateful indeed. In fact I was surprised when he called me welcome Dr.Ravi. They are very customer friendly not like typical professionals because when I requested to postpon my booking they did it immediately and very smoothly, **. Rooms was very spacious,embedded with all basic amenities and needs with a wonderful view of swimming pool and mighty himalayans. Also heaters and hot water bottle were provided to keep us warm during chilly nights. They arranged Bon fire with light music and made a perfect evening at the resort. They also offer a decent size swimming pool up in the hills. Food was delicious and staff was courteous to cater all our needs in fact when i called up at 5 am in the morning for cleaning the washroom due to vomiting, In a fraction of second they came and cleaned immediately. If they can improve WIFI services it will be wonderful.A memorable trip indeed. I would definitely visit again to stay at truly 5***** Aamari Resort. Thank you so much Aamari :-)

Worthless hotel,very bad room,1 star rating must be given to it not even that,no room service no housekeeping,staff arrogant no activities here not worth spending a single penny here,they are charging **** for new years eve gala dinner and wat nonsense was they are serving bufffet after 10.00pm and providing us lokey ki sabzi boiled aalloo and no breads no dessert..all hotel members are shouting like anything on da manager and he was very rude ki humare paas yahi hai...

great place with great view. The property is isolated on a hill which have only the resort and other holiday homes, the rooms were great and food was great too but costly , i booked the package with breakfast and dinner so it was a bit cheaper. It have adventure activities and trekking option with a trainer. Very pleasant and peaceful stay , it really made my honeymoon.

Overall it was amazing experience all together. Property is amazing and staff behavior is awesome. Food quality ig great too but costly so we should add dinner and lunch also in package,it becomes cost effective. Oveall very nice experience and would recommend to stay here for at least one night if you visit Nainital.

Location was fabulous. Services were managed by the hotel owner. The restaurant was available in the property. There was no time boundations for going out and coming back.
