Very very worst experience with receptionist. He was provided me the worst room n unchanged bed sheets n all There was no intercom nothing. Wen i argued he was telling me to give 800 Rs to upgrade room Be careful when booking this hotel He was telling ours is 3 star hotel I my self carry the luggage no body was their to take n guide. In this 3 star hotel no buffet breakfast. The worst breakfast served after order n limited only. Only idli wada that's all. After 1 hour the room issue solved by Goibibo support till then the receptionist boy harassed me a lot.

location:good, food quality: good, room are clean. Service:poor toiletries not provided. bath towel just 1for family of 4. Basically we had ask for each and everything. Food menu was absent, called twice reception twice, after waiting for long we finally had food at their restaurant instead.

We had a good stay here and very smooth execution at reception. Rooms are neat and clean, I felt for some time it's new hotel. The shower is ultimate. I enjoyed. Breakfast was also good enough. other options for were there in addition to idli n vada. we can recommend this hotel in this region.

Room was not clean, there was lots of hairs and bed spread was very dirty with some stains, had to follow up several times to replace the bedspread. Hot water water was not available in bathroom. No toiletries were kept had to ask for the same.

New property, hence very clean. (Had a tricky bathroom door that caused some trouble though) Room missing digital locker and mini fridge. Other amenities are good. Breakfast buffet has very limited options, but the food was good.

The booked room doesn't exists and in the name of upgrade they changed 500 extra. Room cleanliness was not upto the mark.
