Great Service.Staff were very polite, cooperative & friendly.24/7 Room Service.Ordered Coffee/Lassi at 11 pm, was served immediately without any hassle.Food was great in all aspects whether it be Taste, Quality, Quantity or Price. They do not compromise.Rooms were OK.Electrification (wiring) needs to be re-done (pretty old).Sparks were produced when I inserted my Laptop adapter in one of the sockets. Lucky it didn't get destroyed. Had to stop using my Laptop.More sockets needed for charging devices as we usually carry multiple devices these days.Bathroom fittings need to be updated.On the whole, I would still give 10 out of 10 because of the Staff & Food.Enjoyed the stay.

Its a Mixed Review, Google coordinates showing wrong location we have faced little bit issues with wrong coordinates. Front desk team service is so nice, Rooms getting an unpleasant, musty smell due to closed for long time or with no ventilation. Taste of food is nice. as per goibibo will get welcome basket and welcome drinks. but i haven't received basket. for welcome drinks provided after asking of the same.

first the allotted a very dirty room with two single beds, to which i objected.. after discussion of 5 mins they allotted me a different room with two single bed and it was cleared by the hotel that they dont have king size bed in any of their room .. my point is that if the hotel does not have king size bed than they should have mentioned this at the time of booking.. giving one star for this👎🏽

Service timing was very poor and the inclusions in which it was clearly written that checkout timings can be exceeded for 3 hrs but the receptionist said that we have to clean the room so kindly checkout at 11:00 A.M.
