The rooms are good but they are not at all maintained properly . There rooms are very dirty . Very far away from the mall road . You have to walk around 45-1hr and that too up hill to reach the hotel from the mall road

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was great. There is dining facility but food needs to be improved and menu variety needs to be increased. There is no complimentary services.

Some of the lights were not even working. Pillows and bed sheets were very dirty Sofa's were torn up. We had booked 2 rooms and it was nothing as shown in photos.
