Firstly don't book based on the brand name. The service is below average. I booked a Premium Room and on the date of check-in the cottage tariff was less than the premium room. Although cottage rooms were available at a lesser price than what I paid for the premium room, I was asked a minimum of Rs. 2,000 extra per day for an upgrade. There is no view. With this tariff, there are far better options available.

this was our second stay in abn sarovar portico. their staff has always welcomed us with a warm smile. the food is decent. the rooms are clean and well maintained. the pool is adequate and the cherry on the top is the kids play area which keeps the kids busy.

overall experience was good. had complimentary high tea which was good with pakoras and coffee too. had a bit issue with 100mtr patch which connects to resort was not good and shower is not that good. rest all is good and people are good but service is slow.
