The reception desk, housekeeping staff all are courteous understanding and do whatever they can to help the guest and make the stay as comfortable as possible. A special mention about Chetan, Taufiq, Sumeet, Gajanan and George. Also Somnath. Extra thanks to them. Although the management has few rigid rules which needs improvement and correction however I will still rate the hotel 5 stars after staying with them for 5 days.

The hotel is on the main Street and easily noticeable. The rooms are spacious and the staff courteous. three complimentary breakfast in the morning had the usual spread of fruits freshly cut along with very good South Indian dishes. The hotel also had a separate non veg restaurant for those who want to consume meat and fish. In all this is a value for money hotel with covered basement parking.

Nice clean very spacious rooms. Fantastic food in the Udaan restaurant. The hotel is right in the city and close to important locations. Definitely worth visit. Next time though I'll take it without breakfast package. This other restaurant needs to be managed better, also it wasn't upto mark as compared to taste. We had to wait for items to arrive, some of them never did in time

We were given suite room by the hotel, room is very spacious and our stay was really pleasant and comfortable. Room service is really good and fast too. Enjoyed the stay.
