I had booked a double Bhk flat and the name of the Apartment is Adithi Homes service Apartments around secunderabad railway station,the Booking Date was on 24th Dec 2019 to 28th Dec 2019,I had booked this flat for 4 days which included 2 adults and 2 children(Below 5 years) and had a plan of seeing Hyderabad with my family and children, After a long journey of 600 kms reaching to secunderabad Railway station and contacting the concerned Person named as Sujatha of Adithi Homes service Apartments,I was asked to take an auto and reach to an address that was near to Secunderabad Railway station after reaching there i was shown a flat that was totally different from what they had initially committed by phone conversation and even what they had shown , The actual condition of that 1bhk Apartment was so unhygenic and poor that even smelled so bad that we couldnt stand there for a minute and when i asked the concerned Person over there she just told this is what we have and nothing else can be done,but again after contacting the Adithi Apartment services lady named as Sujatha she again just refused saying that they dont have the flat that was actually shown and booked,i am uploading the photos of the 1 bhk house that was offered to me,anyone can makeout the Difference and the worst condition of that place. Dear All I would very strongly condemn the situation that was happened to me and put my family and children into a troublesome situation where i couldnt even book other hotels by myself as it was a Christmas and new year time and had to roam with my family and small kids untill evening to get other appropriate Hotel and friends i strongly recommend not to believe this Adithi Homes service Apartments in Hyderabad and secunderabad. Dear all please dont ever rely and get Deceived by such Adithi Homes service Apartments as you will definetly dont get with whats shown .

Staff behavior, amenities and services were poor. Location was very good. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
