This Hotel is overrated.1. TV having only free and useless channels. even Sony Entertainment, Starplus not available.2. Toiled does not have handwash, hotel management refused to give.3. Washroom does not have air freshener. and a continuous smell is there.4. Bed covers/ Pillow covers are dirty.5. Very Low quality blanket may be worth 200 Rupees.6. This room tariff is not justified. even in 1500 there are much better hotels are at Dibrugarh.

No value for money as per the standard of the room. The staffs do not have any orientation towards hospitality. Overall the experience was not good at all and I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. poor service and rooms are not so clean as showing in photos. specially Bedsheets and pillow. worst experience ever.

I have been cheated in this hotel..The Picture of rooms which they have uploaded in the system by seeing that I have booked the hotel.But practically the original rooms are different. The photos of Delux AC is originally different and which is actually Suit Rooms Picture they have uploaded.

the hotel was so dirty and unhygienic. they didn't even clean the rooms and bathroom and offered the room without cleaning it. someone even had spitted in the basin and they didn't clean it ..when complained about the room ,the response of the staff was so harsh

they provide best room at best price, room size was good, bathroom was also very clean as you could see in my uploaded photos, location is very easy to get. which is on Assam medical college road area. must go.🤠

i don't have any evidence but cockroachs in bathroom, no set top box with tv, smell in wardrobe and hole in bedsheet.
