Property: I was the only guest in whole hotel.place was looking haunted in mid of crop field and the behaviour of all the staffs was adding spice to the experience. Additiinal Charges: They took 500 extra charges for early checkin which was already added at the time of booking. I had no other option than to pay as the booking was non refundable and no GST bill was given for 500/- pay, when forced cash voucher was given. Room: No geyser in bathroom, no landlines in reception and room so u personally have to go to reception for any service request. room view was blocked by a painted glass. Overall Experience: Hotel deserves to be vacant forever so that no guests feel cheated.

it was a bad experience. we have booked the room in hotel Airport Residency but we have given a room in Terminal view in last minute saying rooms were already full in Airport Residency. Terminal view is not at a hotel it's just a service apartment and cannot be considered as a hotel as well. find the pics attached. Rooms are not clean and even they are not ready to provide dental kits and they do not have restaurant and there is no restaurants nearby. We reached there by midnight, we don't have anyother option so we stayed there unwillingly.

Staff is demanding Tips on every service.. when we arrived and for luggage they demand tip for that and also @ the time of check out they demand tip for luggage Staff is always demanding they demand personal stuff. And after all these they are not ready to adjust breakfast time 10 mins early for children Yes

No lift. No hot water provided. When asked just said it will come. But not even after wasting 10 buckets of water. So many mosquitoes. Breakfast was pathetic even don’t call it as breakfast. Just idli I don’t recommend it for family stay as it is far from main road and no nearby places available.

The hotel is very good to stay to approach Bengaluru Airport within 15 minutes and they also provide car for Airport in a very reasonable fare. The hotel environment was very good. Room was very specious and clean but not airy. The big window of the room was covered by fixed glass.

lot of mosquitoes, had to go immediately for meeting no shower working properly no hot water they dint provide hot water immediately . reception counter person couldn’t speak understand hindi and english. look at the towel provided overall not good experience

the person in reception was asking to pay more and in morning even after booking AC room, I was asked to stay in non AC. after a debate then was move to AC. transport from this place to city is not there .

Nice Hotel, Near to Airport, generally used for Late Night Departures & Early Night Arrivals. We stayed for 5 Hours, They serve Idli / Uttappa to Guest as complimentary gesture...

Had a great stay at airport residency. Room was spacious , comfortable and clean.Prompt room service . Near to bangalore kempegowda Airport. Ample parking space.

Stayed in room 4, the bathroom flush dint work, the AC made terrible sound. Booked for double bed but got 2 single beds and mattresses were too hard to sleep on.
