The location of hotel is not good as it is nearby to fish market and the food is average but most negative point of this hotel is the behaviour of the staff. At the checkout timing they are demanding money for tip which is not acceptable at all. If any customer will satisfy with your service then they will tip them by themselves only and there is no any need to ask for the same. The receptionist of the hotel was just sitting idle when they were demanding money and I have given 50Rs then they were saying- " Sir itne mein kya hoga humlog 3-4 log hain ". Toh bhai tumlog 3-4 log ho toh sabka theka le rakha hai maine. I have just booked this hotel as it is nearby to Howrah station. I have taken a chance but it went to vain!!!So, the management of Hotel please try to train your staff members that how to treat and behave with your customers. If you'll not work on these then no one will book your hotel in future.Below Average!

this is the room where no wi-fi facility and there is a landline phone which is not workingwhenever i need something i had to go to reception and ask them and one more important. next to my room there are some people are stayed and they are doing party i told to reception that asked them to don't make noise but they didn'tthey are making noise from morning to night it's to disturbing for me because i traveled i want some silent but the hotel not helped me that's it from my side i never refer this hotel to my any friend, family or colleagues

very small room, outdated TV, no almirah, just gave a shop for handwash, no shampoo, no tissue paper. Hotel is near fish market, very bad smell before entering the hotel premises.They have kept menu in the hotel room, i ordered a veg thali which was containing 2 vegetable, dal, roti, etc, Vegitable was so bad that I didn't took, I asked for Dal, their staff said that we don't provide anything extra and disconnected the call....,

it was good stay.staff behaviour was good.linen provided was comfortable except blankets that required to wash. basin was leaking and no hot water provided.overall stay was good . thanks goibibo and hotel aakash. would like to visit again. don't have photos thanks

Room is good but some dust present from before, AC is good, Food quality is ok but not so good, Bed is not so cozy, TV channel is too much limited, Intercom is not working, Don't try Normal water, Try to order mineral water (packaged). All good.

polite staff , clean room and bathroom, very clean bedding, close to howrah railway station and budget hotel. all above things i got at a very affordable price,what else i need. i recommend this hotel to everyone and will like to stay again.

Stay was okay, however, people in the hotel always begging for tips made the whole stay a little annoying. We stayed overnight in order to catch the early morning train, and within that short stay more than 5 people came to beg for tips.

We check in around 2 am The staffs were friendly and looked after our requests Walking distance from the Howarah station through google map. If you want to enjoy the rikshaw ride . You can hire for ₹ 20
