Over all the stay was excellent. Had to give a 4 star rating because of the bad breakfast. The property is pretty new and well maintained. The room was adequate for a single person,I'm not sure if they have bigger rooms in case of double occupancy. The wi fi was good as well. Streamed a couple of movies effortlessly (SD mode). Special mention to the staff, everyone was pleasant and courteous. Manish from front desk was very helpful and ready to accomodate any requests you might have. Great attitude!! Location deserves 5* rating. You can find restaurants and pubs within a few minutes of walking. If you are a solo business traveller you can book this place.

Quiet neighborhood, only 4 parking spaces for cars. Newer construction, clean rooms, good sized bathrooms. The TV controls are hard to figure out and traditional satellite TV was not available. Only streaming options. Internet wifi is slow (0.2Mbps) but unlimited and unlimited devices. Complimentary Breakfast buffet was decent, with freshly made masala dosas. Other items seem to be catered, but no complaints. Service was good. Heavy traffic getting to it. But close to Hosur Road.

Vey good room.. The room was so neat especially the bathroom.. Also provides complimentary breakfast which is a buffet and it was very good.. Customer was also very good.. Good ambience room and a very good porche area too.. Just reducing 1 star only because of they are keeping some snacks and chocolates in the room which we need to be paid if had.. That they are not informing on prior.. Only that was a drawback, other than that it's really good

i somehow didn't enjoy the unwelcoming attitude of reception manager , he was not welcoming at all plus the room was cleaned however it was not properly managed . towels and tissue was missing plus the air conditioner was expired.over all i would only rate it 4 out of ten there wasn't even one complimentary water bottle ai noor has dropped his standards very low than the last time i visited

I have stay at Al Noor Palace for 4 days. Excellent hospitality and service. Staffs were polite and friendly. special thanks for Elavarasan and Anoop for their warm gestures.. Always in smile while greeting the guest. Rooms are neat and tidy In house restaurant is available where they serve really good food. Overall they over amazing service. Thank you Guys

Rooms and services are good. Rated low for commitments. While booking they provide two options I. e. twin bed and Deluxe double which is king bed. I have booked for deluxe king bed and room allotted was twin bed. upon request came to know that Deluxe double is occupied and can not make the changes.

Good stay, mentioned amenities are not available, breakfast not good, because their restaurant is closed on that time, so they given outside food, they provide only "idli" for all the days no other food, that's not worth for money, we opted with breakfast

The stay was very good, the staff were very professional and calm. The hotel is at nice location and in very peaceful location. The rooms were clean and washroom was very neat. Room service was also vwry responsive. I would definitely like to go again.

property is well maintained Clean rooms and very clean washroom. Very supportive staff, I came early so requested early checking staff didn't guaranteed it but some how they managed. The hotel is located in very happening location at kormangla.

good hotel to stay,but room size is small, around 20 rooms are their, located in a good location, near by lot of restaurants and shops is available, they are offering an unlimited breakfast in their restaurant.

Not so good I would say, The TV was not working initially. We had to wait 15-20 mins to checkin even though we reached the hotel at 3:30 pm. No water jars on the floors. The ac remote was not working properly.
