All Season Residency

Everything in this hotel turned out to be defective, starting from the doorknobs to the taps in the bathroom. The rooms and the bathrooms emitted a strange smell; the TV had only a few channels, although the staffs said that they have some subscriptions to some OTTs; a cupboard was broken; lights were malfunctioning. My pre-booked check-in time was 10 a.m., but they said that they rules have changed all of a sudden, and the new check-in time was 11 a.m. Fortunately, the bed, WiFi, and the AC worked. On a whole, the staffs were helpful, but the hotel itself is far from being decent.

Property is under renovation so lots of issue for cleanliness, maintenance, bathrooms, power and ventilation. Service not upto mark. Breakfast quality is very very bad compared to excellent food we got at 3 other places in Havelock. Rooms are very small compared to other places for extra mattresses in case you need for children. Overall All Seasons is not good for any season. Luckily Havelock is very nice and beautiful.... that made us feel better as long as we do not think about the hotel.

Room was good But there is no room service, wifi and breakfast facility was not available. Water was very dirty in bathroom, It was smelling like fish. You can't use that water for bath and face wash. In my room AC was not working so I complained to staff. And they didn't repair that till 2hrs but after that they gave me another room. I wouldn't recommended this hotel because now also it's under construction. Hotel staff was good.

Room was clean but small in size. Some aminities were missing such as no intercom in the room to get any service, Wardrobe was also not as per requirement, tea catle was not available. But support of Manager Mr. carriappa was very good and use to arrange and guide us for every thing as per requirement. They were very helpful in arranging other activities. Breakfast provided was very tasty. Enjoyed the stay.😊☺️☺️
