it's excellent apartment to stay in Pondicherry with family, budget wise good and need and clear rooms and rest rooms, WiFi lift service all can give 5 star

reception peoples are not good. irretating people. service is not good if u want to really stay in hotel bring 2 mosquito bats

Dear Sir, I am Savil,Manager-Alps Residency and I was also in the show. Our Front office Guy Mr.Sanjeevi was the one who attended the Customer and he was very polite to the customer and he never irritated the Customer as the Customer said in review. Sanjeevi have requested the Photo ID Proof for the 2 female during Check IN who came along with the Booking Guest(Every one knows it's must for Check In in any Hotel) unfortunately customer haven't bring the same. Our Front Office Executive requested Customer to arrange atleast Scan Copy of the ID(through Mail or Whats App). Customer is not accepting the same and raising question at us why we are asking an ID and also told us "Are you Doubting us??". It's our Procedure and Government mandatory rules to collect Government ID from all Guests to attach the same in "Guest Record(GRC)". This is the only issue happened.Finally after 10-15 Minutes Guest send the ID's through E-Mail before Check IN. Regarding Mosquito issue:We are doing pest control through "PCI" at regular Intervals and also "Mosquito Repellent" is there in Cup Board in all our Rooms.No such issue raised by Guest to the Front Office Team otherwise they would have solved the issue.
