Front desk staff is good. Neat. While the hotel was overall decent, except minor things like broken hook in the washroom, but the experience with the waiting staff was worst. May be it was cause they saw we are Sikhs from North, they were unwilling to take requests seriously. From dinner till breakfast, they had to be requested multiple times for simple things. Worst is when they served us bread which has fungus growing and below that on the plate was a hair, too. There were no apologies also for these, they just said oh it's a buffet if you don't like what we served, go get it yourself! Wish they would have said it when we requested thrice for that. Dinner prep of what could be served was good. I think good place for people who are from Southern part of the counties who were being served very nicely even my senior staff in the restaurant.

while the rooms are clean and spacious, service in the rooms could be improved. it has a vast parking area, nice lobby with attached dining, clean pathways to the rooms etc. we were also offered wheelchair for the elderly guests. however there were few areas of improvement like contact details of the hotel being incorrect in google, reception and room service could be slightly faster. we feel there are still on the path of getting stable, however we are positive that they will get there soon. 👍

Hotel is away from City around 7 Km hence No Local Conveyance available. Amenities are ok. Rooms having full of Dust in Air. AC Noisy TV: Only Free Channels are coming. Wifi: Signal Poor & TV Not having WiFi and Other OTT facilities. Hotel Operation Team use to Threat Guest that if not come and Check-out by 12:00 Noon then their Team Usel pack all items and keep at Reception to come ad check out by Guest. This is very much alert. Room Service is Not Good.

I found this the best hotel in Mandya at a very reasonable cost. Quality is almost 5 star. I stayed there for a day with my mother. Staff was very courteous and were happy to oblige with whatever I requested. Example, I asked for a extra towel, they came and provided 2 extra towels. I asked for a extra blanket, and within 5 minutes was provided with an extra towel. The whole place is very well maintained and hygienic.
