the main business for this hotel is marraige hall they don’t focus on hotels at all. all the rooms are in pretty bad shape all the walls have crack faded colours. room service and house keeping is the worst. they don’t listen to anything. tv was not working for all 3 rooms and they did not fix for 3 days. breakfast here never pay for breakfast. i paid 1000 rs extra for breakfast a day and everyday we got only idli and vada. we booked for 3 days rooms were not cleaned everyday even the complimentary water i had to call at night. it’s listed as 3 star property which is completely wrong.

i stayed @ ambicas grand from 27th to 30th dec 2025, very clean rooms, staff behavior was good, food was awesome, price was very reasonable, 1 plate biriyani (rs 300/-) is enough for 2 people, 1 plate chilli chicken (rs. 300/- ) 15 pcs was also delicious.... 1 plate chicken fried rice (rs 260/-) provided with raita is enough for 2 people... and basement parking is also an added advantage for safety and security for the car... i will stay there in future also... santo anna, the manager is really a good man...

A very good place for staying, so safe to stay here,staff response will be very quick for our orders, me and my sister has stayed for a day in the hotel,we felt very safe and even the check out time has completed the manager allowed us to stay us for an extra hour without charging any..
