I think the management of hotel has not checked the room properly. There was many issues in toilet such as: not sufficiently clean, water spray was not working, toilet cover was broken, hot water was not coming, shower was not there, bucket and mug was very dirty etc. Also, there was no curtain in room, doormat etc. I think we paid more money as per hotel.

Would not recommend.reality is different. Service staff are not trained either cook and reception team. One can't have anything to eat before 8 am even a cup of tea. Food quality is substandard and cleanliness is missing. Big screen TV and Tata sky HD connection without subscribing to any channels even free ones.!

Hotel at Prime Location and Food Taste is AWESOME. But when i entered in room the and Press the button for TV there is Short circuit of wire. So when i told One of there staff they told me the TV is not in working condition. Very Disappointed with that. But overall Very nice stay.

good stay @ hotel ambica residency burhanpur. reception lobby, corridor, rooms , wash room were neat and clean. hot water was also available 24 hrs . adjecent road connectivity . good location. recommended for family stays.

Very bed experience to stay at Ambika residency. Bed sheet to dirty. Room was very smaily. The staff behaviour are very rude. Total waste of money. I can't recommend to anyone to stay.
