This is an average but clean hotel provides accommodation at reasonable cost. Pros: 1. 24 Hours hot water through Tap 2. Not far away from Gholwad station, situated on the main road 3. Staff is very supportive and ready to help 4. Food is good but with limited choices 5. Separate swimming Pool for Adults and children 6. Enough Car parking space Cons: 1. Most of the door latches/handles are broken or not working 2. Cook is not available everyday/everytime, so you need to order in advance or you will be starving as there is nothing available at walkable distance 3. There is no Double Bed. All rooms are having 2 single beds arranged side by side

The location is good.It's value for money.But for breakfast only Poha or Upma is available.The tea was very nice.For meals only Gujarati Thali is served. But the newly opened nearby hotel SWAD came to our rescue. Earlier there were lot of Chikoo plants but due to some strange reasons around 20-25 of them were cut recently.The Table tennis table was in damaged condition, but we enjoyed playing Badminton and Carr om due to the facilities available at the Resort.The Swimming pool was very good but we could not use it as we stayed during the period 26th to 29th Dec. 2017. Overall it was a nice experience.

Overall it was a very good experience..the location is exactly opposite to the sea...clean hotel. You can't expect a five star or 3 star facilities..towel and soap was provided..on request water bottle also provided..food you have to buy as food doesn't included in thee room charges..its a best budget free hotel for 1or 2night stay...

everything is good in the resort. we enjoyed swimming, Children Playing area, few games ....location is also near to beach.. I deduct 1 star for food. humble request to all don't use food in this resort. it was too bad. better to go outside and enjoy.

The stay of the hotel was average. The staff behavior was not good. There is no dining facility in the hotel. location is good. Price charged by the hotel was reasonable. There was no complimentary services. All the amenities were working.

perfect destination for family stay. Very cooperative owner of the resort and delicious food. Will visit again and again. Swimming pool, Chikoo garden, Children play area fantastic.

It's a decent calm and quiet place close to beach. You get reasonably good food, enough parking and ample open space to walk around and playground for children.
