• Toilet flush does not work. room feels very old. the furniture and beds are rusting. No proper maintenance. Clearly disappointed with the room for this price. Not worth.

• Our stay was not quite what we expected, and it may not be the best choice for families. The service could use improvement, and the room cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations. Towels and pillows seemed less than fresh, and we weren’t sure if they had been properly washed. Parking was also a bit of a challenge, as we had to leave our vehicle outside the premises. Additionally, some renovation work was in progress during our stay, which made the environment a bit noisy and dusty. Overall, we feel there are likely better options available nearby and would suggest considering those instead.

• very poor maintenance.. telephone is not working,cleanliness is not proper..there is no turndown service( stayed 2 nights)ac too noisy.. totally disappointed stay.., 😕

• Room was ok... according to the price.... room was stinking overall room is neat and clean.... Room service is good. Hotel location is in main city...near to all places....

• Terrible Experience –We booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The first room they gave us was completely closed off with no ventilation, making it suffocating. To make matters worse, it was full of mosquitoes, and we couldn’t sleep at all.The next day, we requested a room change, hoping for a better experience. However, the second room had the same ventilation and mosquito issues, and on top of that, the geyser wasn’t working. We decided to adjust for two more days, but in the evening, a staff member rudely knocked on our door and forced us to move to another room due to construction work. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and impolite.The third room was even smaller, had no geyser, and was once again full of mosquitoes! To add to our horror, we found liquor bottles in the room, making us extremely uncomfortable. Later that night, when we went to the reception for assistance, we realized that the reception manager was drunk! This was absolutely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe.The food situation was another major issue. There was no restaurant available as they claimed construction was ongoing. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to have food available on-site, so this was a huge inconvenience. If construction was happening, they should have either informed us beforehand or stopped taking bookings altogether.

• A hotel with no sunlight. it stinks of mold as soon as you enter. not at all kid friendly. you don't even have a place to dry your wet towel after shower. had very uncomfortable stay. staff were polite though. every time we come back to the room, it reeks of mold. There is no sunlight coming into the rooms which made it look like godown.
