Hosting at Anugraha Homestay is a heartfelt extension of who I am and what I value most: warmth, simplicity, community, and the healing beauty of the mountains.After years in the education field, I felt a strong pull to create a space where people could pause, reconnect, and truly unwind. That's how Anugraha meaning "blessing" in Sanskrit, came to life. Nestled in the peaceful village of Lower Craignano in Mashobra, just 12 km from Shimla, our homestay is my way of sharing the joy of slow living, soulful hospitality, and the serenity of the Himalayas with like-minded travelers.The 4-bedroom villa occupies the top two floors of our family home and is designed for families and close-knit groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a sense of belonging. As a host, I love curating experiences that make your stay feel like home whether it’s preparing warm, homestyle meals using local ingredients, guiding you to hidden trails and sunrise spots, or simply sharing stories over chai.My inspiration for hosting comes from my own travel experiences, where the most memorable stays weren’t the fanciest, but the ones where I felt truly cared for.
