Hotel Aparna

We are booked 2 rooms for 5 person but they are giving just 2 normal rooms & we said lots of time for mattres after check in but staff behaviour is literally very bad they say we have no mattress & all after all they are sleeping & not provided mattress we manager also they called after 20 25 minutes but we are not received mattress after that we are adjust & only take rest not a good sleep because in morning 4 am we going to temple this is a very bad experience in baba Dham one place of piece

Rooms are very small and in poor condition account to this price point, water leaking from glass window, bedsheets are dirty and stain marks on it, bathroom door made out of aluminium pvc which opens automatically after closing,basic things like shampoo shower gel even hand wash is not in the bathroom,cigarette smells are all around the hotel. The only good experience was the check-in and check-out with the perticular staff.

Room was ok. But light was flickering, I asked to change the room but they didn't did it and told it happens for few minutes after switching on the lights. The worst part was washroom, it was like a nightmare. Didn't even used the washroom during my stay. Wash basin was spitted with paan and washroom had hairs here and there. It was just disgusting.

Memorable experience with Hotel Aparna Grand. Hotel is new and well maintained neat and clean room and bathroom Hotel staff was very cautious and cooperative it was really awesome to stay. over all good trip Recommend to everyone
