before Going Havelock I read reviews of this hotel and i was scared but after reaching Hotel on 2nd Aug 2016, i found that it was awesome hotel at all, its Manager Mr Utpal Dada is a very Nice, Humble and Helpful person overall, I am a frequent traveller and met so many Managers and I can proudly say that none of the Manger are like Mr Utpal Dada. Hotel is overall very nice its. My analysis of this hotel is: Pros: 1. Very nice Location only 15-20 meter is sea from my Room No 6-7. 2. Humble staff 3. Helpful, humble and NIce Manager Mr Utpal 4. Tasty Food 5. Good Reception. 6. Always ready to serve staff. Cons: 1. There is no Telephone in Rooms I think Hotel Management should work on this matter to provide Telephone or Call bells (To call hotel staff/query etc) in each rooms.

1. Good location - bang on the beach. Inhouse garden needs to be maintained properly. Hotel Manager Uttpal is a good guy managing the property and getting the job done both for the owners as well as for the customers - tourists. Keep it up. There is a need to have mature staff and better work force. Overall a good team which can be improved upon further. Need to place hammocks and make place more colourful. Entrance to property can be improved upon. 2. Stay was outstanding due to cooperation from staff particularly Uttpal. Good spot for looking at Sunrise and no need to go Kalapathar Beach. Outstanding location for newly married couples and families looking for economical package.

The Overall hotel experience was good. The beach is just about 50-100 metres away. The hotel helped us arrange scuba diving and car for local travel and sightseeing. The food was good, they take your order in advance to serve you timely. In the morning they serve buffet breakfast, menu changes daily. Also I requested for late checkout which was allowed. There were minor improvement areas i would point out to hotel management, i was in hut 17 and the door lock was a task in itself to open and lock, please look into this. Also installing intercom would be great.

Good cottages, clean and it has its own beach so you can enjoy morning and evening sunrise and sunset. Note for tourists- We were stuck in cyclone alert. so please check the weather conditions before arriving in Havelock island in 1st week of December. as every year 1-8th December there is high alert and cruises don't sail and stop and tourists get stuck there.

Private beach (seashore) of this resort is too close to the rooms which is a plus and obviously the breeze, singing & dancing waves will just reserve a place at your heart especially in evening.. Room (luxury) is quite small only (can't imagine how the standard will be) and need to be maintained / renovated.

I am very satisfied with the hotel facility and all. Service was nice over there. Food and all are very good there. Location is also nice there. Whatever the amenities provided by the hotel people are very good there. Room and all are very clean.

very nice location adjacent to beach that you need not to go anywhere for enjoy. food is good as in Havelock, you cannot get food anywhere of that quality that we enjoy in mainland. rooms are very nice and cleanliness maintained everyday. ...

it's nice hotel on the beach and very good for family stay. staff is cooperative. beach is cool not having too much tides. food is just OK. it's in center of the island and approachable to local market on foot.

The resort has a beach front, great view , good location and easily accessible . rooms are ok with basic amenities kept well . No wifi in rooms . Ideal for families... overall stay was very pleasant..
