PROS - Hotel is fairly big and very well located. It is just next to a small private beach (it is a rocky one though) - They have swimming pool and a restaurant. - Rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities - Service was good - Breakfast buffet was basic but good CONS - It is a little far from all the main beaches of Neil Island. So you will either need an auto or hire a scooter for travelling to and fro from the hotel - The food was a little expensive. But, since you do not have much option, you will have to end up eating in hotel only. The food was not bad though

Location is very good.However, the days on we visited, the resort was heavily booked, thus the staff was having problem in serving the guests especially room service was very poor. The hotel has a check out time of 8AM in the morning, but room service does not start till 7 AM in the morning, so if one wants to have a hot cup of tea, before getting ready to check out, the facility is not available.

Good looking hotel. Location is good. The USP of this property is the pool with direct access from your room. Please select the ground floor rooms to enjoy the pool directly from your room. Food is too much costly. There is as no room service. You have to go the restaurant which is located opposite of the road near the main gate.

i am staying at aquays hotels and resorts at saheed island from 29.5.25 to 1.6.25.resorts is good but lighting in private beach area is switch off all day.bar , spa and music system are closed all day. one swimming pool is also closed during our stays.we feel that they cheated us.

can not comment upon as because of the mishandling of Experience Andaman ( where they cancelled the ticket from havelock to Neil Island) , i could not reach to this property but have heard from most of the people that it is one of the best property across Neil Island.

Hotel insists to pay in cash right at the only restaurant and the food bill is not included in the main bill. A particular cashier at the place is not very courteous and does not hesitate to ask wrong person to pay a certain bill.

Excellent hotel with swimming pool and restaurant.Only issue we felt was sewerage smell for sometime. We had provided our feedback to hotel authority in feedback form.Hope they will get it corrected.

Our stay was very good in Holiday Inn Neli as they have provided the room of higher grade as they claimed at the time of check in. With that room only payment for neli plaza room was justified.
