My stay in this hotel was absolutely alright and comforting...house keeping is little poor as i found this property is bit old else everything was fully acceptable...i was fully satisfied with there service quality which was very quick at the time of response...location wise its near the DB city mall which is central shopping mall in mp nagar bhopal...we were only served by the complimentary breakfast no welcome drinks or etc like in other hotel...but its absolutely fine i am fully satisfied with this stay in Bhopal...i would highly recommend this to couples...!

My stay in this hotel was bit disappointing...as i thought of something better than i was served by the hotel staffs...rooms were finely maintained...like there was nothing new or modern...its an okay kind of..., the housekeeping is average and needs improvement...had my breakfast as a complimentary which was good and eatable for vegetarian but can not say for the non vegetarian ones, WiFi was there it was nicely working...i found this property is good for couples...location was also in the main road and near db city mall of Bhopal..!

My stay in this hotel was proper with all the basic amenities...The front office staff was very courteous and food was excellent. The main advantage is the location, right opposite to Marriott Courtyard...location wise is headed on the main road which is quite accessible from all the places...overall its a low budgeted hotel which cheap and reasonable prices...room and washroom was also decent and well equipped with the all necessary amenities...!

The location of hotel is excellent just opposite DB mall, hotel is clean but dated, stayed as couple, hotel better then any hotel in MP nagar for couples in terms of location and saftey. downside is its restaurant not much to offer and my advice is to eat outside also considering room, price is on higher side, reception manager very good with guests b v nice Hospitality.

I didn't find any issues at the time of check in or check out in this hotel...but it was not as similar as i was expecting that it should be...room was good for the accommodation and clean enough...good spacious room and amicable staff made my stay bit cozy and satisfactory...I would only suggest to those people who wants a cheap and reasonable hotel in Bhopal...!

really it was very bad experience hotel management completely denied to given check in on booking rate they were asking for 800 extra for check in finally ready with rs 700/ and service was very poor even we can not take tea and breakfast with in hotel we have to manage from outside the hotel really it was worst experience in our life time

I found this hotel good and nicely furnished with all the basic amenities and the service quality...staff was really very pleasing and courteous...in additional facilities they provided us with only wifi which was in a good condition to access...besides this everything was perfect...and i found this property is good for business people !

Overall totally disappointed with this hotel .... How they can refer these type of hotels. They are charging over priced . All amenities are old , not maintained by staff properly. Bedsheets also small and not half matress was open. Breakfast having limited option 3-4. Rooms having some smell. Totally disappointed ....

Management is very tough and not supportive to the customers.. They not allowed driver to rest in night of Dec. Even they had not given blankets to him Very discomfort stay it was.. I never recommend this hotel to stay..

Service at Hotel Arch Manor is very poor, particularly at night time; no one respond to your call on House Keeping as well anything ordered for Room Service needs get served long time.
