experience was better than average... thanks to the quality and taste of food. we had all three meals at resort buffet and they didn't disappointed. from service perspective, they need to improve. one of the example was non availability of continuous hot water in the bathroom which made our decision to have a room with a bathtub, a wrong one ! overall, 4 stars to the hospitality. looking forward to another stay at Baakhli soon.

Overall very good experience during the visit. Specially liked uttrakhand theme of the resort, and uttrakhand folk dance/songs on the eve of independence day. To be excellent (5 star) there are few areas which they can improve, for the same refer my rating against each parameter.
