Excellent staff, very good service. The rooms were very neat and clean. The food was not spicy and freshly prepared and was pretty much similar to home cooked meals. Areas of improvement are the following- An additional chair in the room will help. The shower and water faucet can be fixed to ensure that the water comes with a lot more force since the force appeared to be a little weak.

This is my second stay at Arpanna in two years. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at with a wonderful view of The Hill. The food and service is excellent and there is a vast variety to choose from. There is no doubt in my mind that I will stay here again.

This is the second time am staying in this hotel for temple visit , it was always the best as before its best to have only breakfast here rest to have it outside I had in A2B which was near to the hotel just 5 min drive on vellore road

Hotel staff are very friendly and they provided excellent service. Food was excellent. Rooms were kept very clean. The only area the hotel need to look into is the car parking area... and they should cover this area.

The location of the hotel is apt, view from balcony will be a divine one on Shiva Hill Mountain, we stayed and had darshan of deepam from here. Super class hotel, food, service everything is good
