poor experience. i had booked 2 studio rooms for my aged relatives, one of which was faulty and my uncle had to suffer repeatedly asking there was an electricity issue and the entire room would lose electricity without any notice. i had to ask repeatedly to fix the issue, each time they made a fix and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. but after 2 times i got fed up and asked them to assign working rooms. i wanted to raise this query to the duty manager, but i was told he had checked out for the night and was not available. i found this to be false as i found him in the restaurant later that night, the staff was totally lying to me about his wear abouts.

Extremely disappointing experience! If you’re a working professional, I strongly advise against staying here. The WiFi is completely unreliable – it didn’t work for two full days, and the only solution offered was to restart the device or reconnect, which obviously didn’t help. To make things worse, mobile network coverage inside the rooms is poor, leaving you without any stable internet connection. Definitely not a place for anyone needing to stay connected.

Very awesome stay and very humble staff execellent ,specially by Mr Vijay from house keeping and all staff every time whatever they serve with love & smile , thank you for ur team whenever i wil come Hydrebad I will stay here only !! Thank you arrival hotel for making me happy stay !!

It's a new hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Good stay.
