The location is excellant - on a main road, with huge trees and plenty of parking space. The check in was swift and a table fan was arranged upon request. I would have given a 5 star rating but the experience at the bar was disastrous. I walked in at 7.30PM and the whole bar was empty except for one guy who was having a beer. We waited for 15 mins, still no one came so we walked out and came to the buffet restaurant, but they said no alcohol and asked us to go back to the bar and promised to send someone over as they were in a meeting - at 7.30 PM, really? Anyways. We went back and waited and 3 people walked in but they refused to even acknowledge us and were stading around the other customer and talking to him. I guess he was the owner of the place, becuase who else is more important than a paying customer than the owner himself. It was very insulting after having paid a premium price for the stay and receiving a snub like that. Not sure what the dynamics of the place is, I am assuming something may have happend in the meeting and these people want to take some revenge on us or something. Not sure, but that made our stay pretty unpleasant. Obviously will never recommend this place nor ever come back, but still gave a 4 star since the other staff were really good. This is the first time in my life that a restaurant staff refused to serve me, with absolutely no mistake of mine, so in that way it was memorable for me and wife.

This is a great place to stay in for a couple of days with your family. Lovely, clean, and well-maintained, courteous and friendly staff without being overbearing. Light and tasty food at the hotel restaurant. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is a great base for exploring nearby places -- Halebidu, Belur, and Shravanabelagola. In fact, just relaxing at the hotel for a couple of days isn't a bad option either!

It's Really awesome to stay here. This hotel gives a Royal look inside eventhough, it's outer look is not attractive. Location wise it's in the heart of the city so that we can move anywhere without searching. Amnesties is very good. Services are provided from their hearts and we can not forget these staff smiles. A single np we spend here is Worth. Overall it's very good

But Hotel took Follow up from Us about when they will be reach at This Hotel. But we could not got chance to Stay at Hotel

Just average old hotel. Not even equivalent to 3 star. In the name of high tea, just one cup of tea, ans only 2 pakodas. Third pakoda or changing ginger tea is charged. Breakfast was below average. Please avoid this hotel as management and staff are not even equivalent to 1 star rating, Still I am giving 3 star.

rooms wer clean, staff were friendly, property is good, but rooms wer not worth /-, will get better rooms in other properties, overall not worth, bed was very small and even bathroom was small, fridge was not working , there was tray filled with water in fridge donno how long ago it was placed there. NOT WORTH.

Hassan is a small place so adjust your expectations accordingly and you will be pleasantly surprised. The hotel grounds are awesome, rooms are nice and clean and the kitchen is decent. Staff helpful but again, remember this is a small town. Overall good place to stay.

Awesome food, south Indian dishes in breakfast were too good. Services need to be improved. Also, basic knowledge on hotel management should be given to the staffs. Otherwise the stay was memorable. Would recommend friends for this hotel.

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff was helpful n corteous. The food was amazing especially the tandoori chicken. The service was extemely good. The Hoysala temples in Hassan highly recommended specially the temple in Halebeedu

This is an old but good hotel. Because the hotel is old, the rooms don't look modern. But all the amenities are available and staff are very friendly. Food in the restaurant is okay but nothing spectacular.

This is an iconic place. It was popular once upon a time. Now, it has become old. Needs renovation, especially the bathrooms. Excellent location.
