Infrastructure and services need improvement.. House keeping staff were not readily available.. Had to personally go to reception and look for people to get the services we need.. Very light blankets were provided even when the temperature was 4-5 degree centigrade.. The windows were stuck and could not be completely closed which let the cold air inside the room. When feedback was provided next day morning we were told that if you felt cold you could have requested for another set of blankets.. This was not the kind of service and response expected from the hotel

The room was ok but dont have any amenities in the room even no telephone to contact reception.There were no toiletries provided.But staff was polite.
